Sir:
In the undersigned Captain of Company F. 26 Rgt. Wis. Vols, certify on honor that Frederick William Winters is a member of my company, duly enlisted the 22d day of February, 1964 at Milwaukee for West Bend, Washington Co. with Major F.C. Winkler, that his wife Augusta Winter living in West Bend is entitled to the state aid, William Winter being her only support.
