6. Private Charles Beumle, or Carl Beimel, Company "E," 26th Wisconsin
Volunteers, now in confinement at Headquarters, 3d Division, 20th Army
Corps, awaiting promulgation of the sentence of a General Court Martial,
is pardoned. He will be released from confinement and returned to duty
with his regiment.
The Quartermaster's Department will furnish the necessary transportation.
