that Andrew Theis a Corp'l of Co. "K", 26th" Regt. Wis. Vol. Inf. was admitted
Harvey U.S.A. General Hospital, Madison, Wis., on the 25th day of April,
1864, he being unable to travel to his command and is now a patient.
