I hereby certify that Private John C. Roth formerly of Company H, Wis. Vol. Infantry was transferred to the Invalid Corps, 2nd Battalion by G.O. No. 328 October 3, 1863 and that he the said John C. Roth is still a member of the 2nd Battalion of the Invalid Corps now stationed at Camp Randall, Madison, Wis.
