Sir:
I am informed that the name of Anton Holzschuh, a private of my Company, is not on the muster roll sent to your office, blow I take the liberty to state the where abouts of said Holzschuh, these are as follows:
Anton Holzschuh, aged 20 years, born at Grosecorbeda, in the Kingdom
of Prussia, a former by occupation, was enlisted for the term of three
years by Beter Naulholl and at Centerville, Manitowac County, Wis. on the
20th day of August 1862. He received a bounty of Twenty five dollars. Priv.
Holzschuh has always since the time of his enlistment up to date been a
private in this Company.
