Sir:

Private Andreas Stubenus was transferred from Co. K, 26th Regt. Wis. Vol. to Co. G. 26th Regt. W.V. on the 9th day of September 1862 and has since that time has been a member of my Company.
Said Andreas Stubenus was mustered in to the U.S. Service on the 17th day of September, 1862.
